Website that allows the user to customize products from a specific model. The system obtained models for each product category from a CafePress API. All the model images were processed through SVG. The user was able to customize the product with the desired texts and images. At the end of the process, the system allowed the user to buy the product, as it was integrated into CafePress’ e-commerce system.

The web system’s main objective is the management of a call center. The system allows for call management, management of different teams, recording of FAQs to provide support to the call center attendants according to the services provided, and generation of reports for the manager to follow up on service quality.

The web system we developed is integrated into the CRM of FIEP-PR (Federation of Industries of Paraná). Through this system, the user can search using numerous filters for customers stored in the CRM database. Later, the user can localize the resulting customers using Google Maps.
Technology: Ruby on Rails 3
The project scope was to develop an electronic TV guide. The system connected to yap.TV’s API to gather information from the channels and their respective programs. The user was able to view the entire program schedule on one interface. The system also allowed details of a certain program to be viewed. In the detail interface, the system presented details of the program/episode, Twitter comments on the program, and any polls related to that program.

The objective of this program was to create a solution for managing information at the Point of Sale. For that, two tools were developed in this project. The first tool was a web portal with the following profile: to allow the customer to set up information to be audited at the Point of Sale, store information from assessors, and generate reports to enhance the performance of marketing, sales and audit teams, expanding the customer’s business possibilities. For information survey at points of sale, a Java application was developed to run on various mobile platforms. The information stored in this application was sent to the web portal.

The system automatically generates digital files of a set of fiscal documents and other information relevant to the state tax authorities, as well as tax assessment records relative to the operations performed by the customer. If the client has the fiscal information and documents required to generate the layout in another platform, we will develop integration routines and data to import them to our platform base.
Technology: HTML, CSS and jQuery
From layout files provided by the customer we fully built the system’s front-end framework, that is, all the HTML/CSS framework and its Javascript functions were built by Inovare. The HTML and CSS frameworks were validated at W3C so that the customer had guaranteed portability between browsers. Javascript functions were developed using the jQuery library.
